Is there a long-term contract
There is an initial 12-month commitment. This allows us to design, build, and support your website properly without a high upfront cost.
Do I own my website
During the subscription, Indy Web Works manages and maintains the website. After the first 12 months, you may keep the site on our $99 maintenance plan or transfer it to another provider by requesting a site transfer.
What happens after the first 12 months
After the initial 12 months, you have two options. You can continue with ongoing website maintenance for $99 per month, or we can package your website for transfer to another provider. There is no long-term lock-in after the first year.
What is included in ongoing maintenance
The $99 monthly maintenance plan includes hosting, security, backups, software updates, and monitoring to keep your website running smoothly. Content changes and new pages are not included, but can be quoted as needed.
